1、生活環(huán)境

每只兔子需要大約2的空間居住，市場上出售的兔籠、大鳥籠和貓籠均可作為其居住使用。常用的兔籠一般長60厘米、寬55厘米、高45厘米；3層，兔籠底部離地30厘米以上。另外，籠子里還需放一個專門的兔子廁所，以培養(yǎng)安哥拉兔良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。

3、繁殖方法當(dāng)雌兔不安時，一般這是發(fā)情的跡象。交配后，雄兔會大聲叫，然后昏迷。雌兔應(yīng)在懷孕后要與雄兔分開，把稻草或其他干草放在籠子里，用布把籠子圍起來，盡量不要碰，這樣雌兔就保持安靜和穩(wěn)定。雌兔的懷孕期30-31天，懷孕25天后，母兔開始拔毛絮窩，這時應(yīng)把產(chǎn)仔箱放入窩內(nèi)。一般一胎可產(chǎn)下5-6只小兔。

4、衛(wèi)生管理搞好籠舍衛(wèi)生是保證兔健康的基本措施，做到兔籠通風(fēng)干燥，經(jīng)常糞尿，籠底、食具定期擦洗，兔舍勤打掃和。同時注意冬季保暖，夏季防暑，梅季防潮，保持籠舍通風(fēng)良好冬春季節(jié)氣溫低于8℃，必須做好籠舍保溫工作，防止賊風(fēng)侵襲，特別是剛剪毛及剪毛不久或繁殖仔兔。
